ElderLife Financial is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and own the full
operations function across the business. This is a leadership role for a proven operator
who can bring structure, accountability, consistency, and execution across the
organization. The VP of Operations will serve as a key partner to the President and help
lead the business through its next stage of growth.

This role is for someone who can truly own operations end to end. We need a leader
who is highly organized, technology forward, process driven, and capable of managing
both day-to-day execution and larger cross functional initiatives. The right person will be
a builder, problem solver, and team leader who can drive performance, improve
systems, and create alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities
 Own the full operations function across ElderLife Financial and AidandAttendance.com
 Lead, manage, and develop the operational team
 Create structure, accountability, and consistency across the organization
 Partner closely with the President on company priorities, execution, and special
projects
 Drive operational excellence across service, workflow, reporting, and
performance management
 Improve and standardize processes to support scale, quality, and efficiency
 Lead cross functional initiatives across operations, sales, client service,
technology, and finance
 Identify and implement technology and systems improvements to modernize the
business
 Ensure strong follow-through and execution on key company initiatives
 Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and operating rhythms that keep the
business aligned
 Help create a strong leadership culture grounded in accountability, urgency, and
high standards

What We Are Looking For
 Proven operations leadership experience, ideally in a senior or executive role
 Strong general management skills with the ability to lead across functions
 Experience owning complex operations in a service based business
 Technology forward mindset with experience improving systems and workflows
 Strong project management and execution skills
 Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance
 Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills
 Someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of being a true right hand
to the President
 Strong judgment, follow through, and ability to solve problems quickly and
effectively

Preferred Background
 Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, senior care, or related
service industries
 Experience managing operational teams across multiple brands or business lines
 Track record of scaling processes and improving organizational performance
 Comfortable working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $150,000 based on experience
