This is a work-from-home opportunity.
As a Caring Family Advisor, you can expect:
Sales Process:
- Hold space and conduct deeply connected discovery conversations that not only help uncover the needs of the care recipient but also help the care seeker or family navigate this decision.
- Guide families through the search process, providing strong post-referral follow-up, with emphasis on the value of partnering with Caring.
- Walk alongside families by proactively managing all leads in your pipeline.
- Understand partner community offerings within our database, resident requirements, and the unique benefits of senior living options to accurately match care recipient needs to a community.
- Leveraging the NEPQ conversation framework, use active listening and attention to verbal cues to uncover pain points.
- Engage in effective probing and ask insightful questions to provide targeted solutions.
Meeting Sales Performance Expectations:
- Maintain consistent performance metrics based on predefined benchmarks.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Balance adding new volume to the pipeline while converting existing pipeline
- Accurately manage the lead pipeline within the CRM.
Ideal Family Advisors will have:
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Comfort level in following communication guidelines on the phone.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment that is closely structured.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience meeting goals in a metrics-driven environment, preferably via telephone sales.
- The ability to handle emotionally charged calls effectively.
Family Advisors typically work either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts scheduled Mondays through Fridays. Shift availability can vary and will be discussed during the hiring process. All new hires will attend a virtual four-week, 5-day training program and once training is completed, will start on their specific, scheduled shift.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 3+ years of documented sales success in a quota- or metrics-driven environment, preferably to businesses or consumers.
- Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to deliver results in an independent telecommute environment.
- Experience with high call volume (100-150 calls per day) is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge and/or past history of senior care industry experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English ideal.
- MacOS proficiency is not required but is strongly encouraged.
- High computer literacy, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to navigate a multi-window workstation with ease.
- Familiarity with navigating a CRM is preferred, including prior HubSpot experience.
- Ability to manage a softphone and abide by all aspects of a contact center.
- Strong typing skills.
- Telecommute Position/Home Office Requirements:
- Structured, pre-scheduled training attendance is mandatory.
- Advisors must have a designated, private home office space during working hours, with a daily schedule free from distractions and interruptions.
- A high-speed, hard-wired internet connection.

- Competitive base wage of $22 per hour and uncapped performance-based bonuses with $5,000 to $7,500 in commission in just the first 3 months.
