Administrative & Logistics Coordinator
Semi-Remote | Full-Time
(Must live within the Milwaukee metro area)

About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, people-first Administrative and Logistics Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of our advisor teams across Wisconsin and Minnesota. This is a front-line position where you’ll connect families to life-changing resources, keep our advisors running at full speed, and represent Oasis to the communities and professionals we partner with every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide families through senior care options with warmth, clarity, and confidence — helping them understand what Oasis does and why it matters.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for families, advisors, facilities, and community partners, communicating our value at every touchpoint.
  • Manage and triage incoming calls and correspondence, routing priority issues quickly and professionally.
  • Support advisors with scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Maintain and update our CRM with accurate, timely information.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple advisors and markets.
Who You Are
You’re organized, articulate, and genuinely care about the people you’re helping. You know how to read a room (or a phone call), explain complex things simply, and leave every interaction with someone feeling heard and well-served.

The ideal candidate brings:
  • Comfort talking with families, case managers, discharge planners, or referral partners.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — clear, warm, and professional.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking across systems, inboxes, and conversations without dropping the ball.
  • Experience in senior living or senior care is preferred
Why Oasis
  • Semi- remote work with some required in-office time monthly; candidates must live within the metropolitan Milwaukee area.
  • Full benefits package including healthcare and 401(k)
  • Company mobile phone and laptop provided
  • Unlimited PTO — we trust our team
  • A mission that matters: helping families find the right care at the right time
