Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and operationally focused Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and help them consistently achieve performance goals. This leader will be responsible for coaching, training, motivating, and managing the team while building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results.
The ideal candidate is both people focused and highly data driven. They know how to turn metrics into action, improve processes, and help sales professionals perform at a higher level. This person should bring strong leadership skills, a passion for team development, and a disciplined operational mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support the daily performance of the sales team
Coach team members to improve sales skills, call quality, follow up, and conversion performance
Train new and existing team members on best practices, sales processes, and performance expectations
Motivate the team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Use data and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive improvement
Establish clear KPIs, scorecards, and accountability measures for the team
Partner with leadership to improve sales processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
Conduct regular one on one meetings, team meetings, and performance reviews
Identify gaps in performance and create action plans for improvement
Help build a high performance culture centered on discipline, urgency, service, and results
Collaborate across departments to improve the customer experience and support company growth
Qualifications
Proven experience leading and managing a sales team
Strong coaching and training background with a track record of improving team performance
Highly data driven with experience using metrics, dashboards, and reporting to manage outcomes
Operational mindset with the ability to create structure, improve processes, and drive accountability
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards and clear expectations
Comfortable working in a fast paced, performance oriented environment
Preferred experience in financial services, senior care, healthcare, benefits, or related industries

What We Offer
