We are seeking a hands-on performance operator to own and optimize email and SMS across our portfolio of senior care brands. This role leads the strategy, architecture, and execution of nurture paths within HubSpot, integrating AI-driven personalization at scale to drive measurable revenue, tours, and engagement.

Core Responsibilities
- HubSpot Lifecycle Architecture: Build and manage complex workflows. Design segmented paths based on care type, timeline, and financial "blockers" (e.g., home sales, sibling conflict).
- Omnichannel Strategy (Email & SMS): Execute high-performing journeys from first inquiry to post-tour follow-up. Own subject line testing, cadence, and AI-driven SMS personalization that feels human and contextual.
- Advisor Enablement: Create AI-assisted templates and playbooks that empower advisors to handle high-urgency and research-stage leads effectively.
- AI Integration: Collaborate with Product/Engineering to inject behavioral signals and AI summaries into outbound messaging.
- Performance Ownership: Move the needle on KPIs: Open/Click rates, SMS response rates, Tour scheduling, and Lead-to-Tour conversion.
- Structured Nurture: All paths are segmented and live within HubSpot.
- AI Enhancement: SMS flows are personalized, automated, and driving measurable engagement.
- Lead Velocity: Improved progression across all care types; advisors report higher-quality conversations.
- Experience: 5+ years in lifecycle marketing or marketing automation.
- Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot (workflows, sequences, segmentation).
- AI Fluency: Proven ability to integrate AI personalization into communication flows.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in healthcare, senior living, or high-friction, complex decision-cycle industries is preferred.
- Mindset: A testing-obsessed operator comfortable in a fast-moving growth environment.
